What is conscious
channeling?
The type of channeling that
Vywamus utilizes is what we call "conscious channeling". This channeling
involves a human being who is willing to co-create with Vywamus as a teacher and
stay conscious for the experience. Some Vywamus channels have been specifically
trained in certain areas and developed their channeling abilities over
lifetimes, while others are new to the experience. The experience of conscious
channeling brings to the channel numerous opportunities for personal growth, and
transformation of their denial and areas of stuckness.
Why does
Vywamus
use "conscious channels" in his work?
Conscious channels are used
primarily to give everyone participating with Vywamus, including the
channel, an opportunity to learn and grow without the distraction of the
physical presence of the teacher, and the psychological "transference" which is
common in such situations. Conscious channeling embraces the "human element"
that many spiritual seekers tend to avoid, ignore and at times try to eliminate,
thinking that the human element should not be present in spiritual development
and evolution. Yet it is the reception of the "human" element within us that
allows Spirit to evolve. Working within the channeling focus also allows
Vywamus to communicate simultaneously through numerous channels around the
world, fully utilizing each channel's talents to create the desired
transformational opportunity of the moment. His "personality", wisdom,
lovingness, and energy can be seen and experienced regardless of who is
channeling him.
Who works with
Vywamus?
Many different types of people
work with Vywamus. What each one has in common with the others is that
they are interested in creating change within themselves on a very deep level,
as well as in their lives and the world around them. This process of creating
change involves facing the "mirror of self" and dealing with aspects of self
which have been pushed away through a process of denial. While this may be
difficult at times, Vywamus always creates a very supportive and compassionate
framework in which to do this work, never forcing a birth of consciousness, yet
always bringing awareness to points of denial that you are creating within
yourself, and the illusion of "story" that is wrapped around the denial in order
to hide the denial from your awareness.
What can I expect
from Vywamus work?
You can expect change in your
awareness of yourself - becoming more conscious of specific patterns of beliefs,
feelings, thoughts, and inner actions as well as outer behavior and the effects
which these have on your experience. You can expect to experience more of the
unknown - your own unconsciousness - and to begin a process of making friends
with it, instead of reacting to it as an enemy. You can expect that your
awareness of the subtle patterns which you are playing with unconsciously will
become much more conscious to you, and you will recognize more and more
opportunities for creating change in your life, both inner and outer. You can
expect to become aware of behaviors, thoughts and feelings that you have never
recognized before in yourself and in others. Vywamus in partnership with
your spiritual essence stimulates a lifting of veils of denial within your
consciousness. You can expect expansion of your waking consciousness, awareness
of the world around you and within you. You can expect deep movement, opening,
and release within your chakras. You can expect increased vibration within the
frozen aspects of your emotional body, and increasing awareness of your
intuition and other senses within you that have been sleeping. And you can
expect to meet many more people who are doing exactly the same thing - a
community of seekers and self-changers who desire support and connection with
others as they, too, create heaven on earth within themselves.
How do I get
started?
Most people first meet and work
with Vywamus through a publicly offered class, or a personal
consultation. Class participation gives you the chance to meet and observe
Vywamus working "from a distance." In general, we discourage first-time
participation in a mini-intensive or workshop, until you are more familiar with
Vywamus. This is primarily because these courses are more intense and
assume that the participants are familiar with transformational work from an
experiential basis in a group environment. Appropriate starting points are
always available.
Does working with
Vywamus interfere with other
spiritual work I may be doing?
Work with Vywamus does not
interfere with other personal development, transformational or spiritual work
you are doing. Vywamus does not criticize, endorse, or espouse any
particular "religious" beliefs or values, nor does he present what he teaches as
"truth" but rather as a set of tools to be used by self for the purpose of
self-transformation. Working with Vywamus takes you beyond the current
limitations of consciousness that you have created. In that sense, you may find
that as you delve deeper into work with Vywamus, you begin to "see" the
world about you from a different perspective. Vywamus works in
conjunction with your soul and other spiritual teachers. Vywamus
encourages you to take what you learn and apply it to your "outer" world as much
as you have the courage to do so.
Can I channel
Vywamus
myself?
Yes, you can. Vywamus is
willing to work with anyone in the channeling focus. Unlike some teachers,
Vywamus does not limit his availability in the co-creative focus of
channeling. Channeling within itself is not difficult. The obstacle that most
people face is the presence of their own expectations of themselves in
relationship to the channeling process. These expectations, be they conscious or
unconscious, tend to undermine one's confidence and trust in the "unfoldment" of
the channeling process. To create transformation of such expectations, access
your courage and invite Vywamus to channel through you. Remember that it
is these points of limitation and stuckness that Vywamus can help you to
transform within yourself.
